Thanks to Richard for this recommendation: "I'd recommend The Kean's Head in the Lace Market Nottingham (www.tynemill.co.uk/Pubs-Keans.html). They are part of the Tynemill chain who appear to stock a lot of German beers generally. You have a few of them on your website (Broadway, Stratford Haven etc) but not all. The Kean's head is very good and stocks Erdinger Weissbier and Dunkel, Maisel's Weisse, Schneider Weisse to name a few. My new recommendation is The Hard To Find Cafe on Mansfield Road in Nottingham. They have Erdinger on tap and a selection of bottled beers in the fridges. The last time I was in there (November time [2005]), they had Hofbrau Oktoberfest beer and when I enquired where they'd got it from, they wouldn't tell me. All they'd say was that they had one crate and the landlord was a fan of the German beers. They have a beer garden at the back which has plenty of Erdinger signs etc."
